  • 65 ml of instant coconut milk

  • 400 ml of water

How to cook :

  • 250 gr chicken meat (wash thoroughly)
  • 1 galangal segment (geprek)
  • bay leaves
  • tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
  • Enough water

  • 5 curly red chilies
  • 5 cayenne pepper (if you want it spicier, you can add it)
  • 4 shallots
  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 1 tsp fresh shrimp paste

  • 10 pieces of lime leaves

  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt

How To Cook : 

  • Include the grilled shrimp paste, hazelnuts, shallots, garlic, ginger, turmeric, and galangal.
  • Combine the spices in a pot with the bay leaves, lemongrass slices, crushed chiles, coconut oil, sugar, and salt.
  • Place the whole chicken in the saucepan, then coat it with the spice mixture and massage it until it is dispersed throughout the chicken.
