The Insectarium has more than 800 butterfly specimens and more than 1,800 beetle species. Many of the beetle species, like the Cyclommatus Chewi, can only be found in the Crocker Range. Several rare and endangered species of Sabah orchids and pitcher plants have been given their own special places to live. The Sabah Wildlife Department is working with us on this project.
